Six Facilities Awarded Re-Certification Through Water Authority’s Pollution Prevention Program

Six UNM facil­i­ties – Domenici Cen­ter for Health Sci­ences Edu­ca­tion, Office of the Med­ical Inves­ti­ga­tor (OMI), Pathol­ogy Depart­ment, Psy­chol­ogy Depart­ment, Stu­dent Union Build­ing (SUB) and La Posada – were awarded annual re-certification through the Albu­querque Water Authority’s Pol­lu­tion Pre­ven­tion Pro­gram. The vol­un­tary pro­gram pro­motes reduc­tion of pol­lu­tants released into the sewer col­lec­tion sys­tem and dis­charged into the Rio Grande.
