UNM Regents Schedule Special Audit Committee Meeting

The Uni­ver­sity of New Mex­ico Board of Regents Audit Com­mit­tee will hold a spe­cial meet­ing on Mon­day, April 11, 2011, from 8:30 a.m. until com­pleted in the Cherry/Silver Room (third floor) of the Stu­dent Union Build­ing on the UNM main campus.

In addi­tion to the three Regents who are mem­bers of this Com­mit­tee, other Regents may attend this meet­ing in a non-voting capacity.

1. Con­fir­ma­tion of a quo­rum and adop­tion of agenda: J.E. Gene Gal­le­gos, Chair­man
2. Approval of Meet­ing Min­utes from Jan­u­ary 20, 2011
3. Approval of the con­tract for UNM Finan­cial Services-FY11 Finan­cial Audit, Ava Lovell, vice pres­i­dent for Finance and Uni­ver­sity Con­troller, and Bruce Cher­rin, Chief Pro­cure­ment Officer.

A copy of the agenda will be avail­able at Uni­ver­sity Com­mu­ni­ca­tion and Mar­ket­ing (Cor­nell Park­ing Struc­ture) at least 24 hours prior to the meet­ing.  The agenda will also be avail­able on the UNM web page no later than 24 hours before the meeting.
