UNM ‘Staff as Students’ Set for Nov. 16

UNM’s annual “Staff as Stu­dents” event, hosted by Uni­ver­sity of New Mex­ico Staff Coun­cil and the Staff Coun­cil Stu­dent Suc­cess Com­mit­tee, is set for Wednes­day, Nov. 16 from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. in Ball­room C at the Stu­dent Union Building.

All UNM benefits-eligible fac­ulty and staff are invited to attend this spe­cial event where you can be admit­ted to UNM, reg­is­ter early for fall courses, receive aca­d­e­mic advise­ment and learn more about your edu­ca­tion ben­e­fits at UNM. Par­tic­i­pat­ing cam­pus ser­vices will include aca­d­e­mic advi­sors, Office of Grad­u­ate Stud­ies, UNM Extended Uni­ver­sity, admis­sions, bur­sars and registrars.

Admis­sions will be able to process your appli­ca­tion same day and the appli­ca­tion fee will be waived for UNM employ­ees. To be pre­pared, bring your Lobo ID card and check your stu­dent account through LoboWeb prior to reg­is­ter­ing for classes. Your account will be checked for any “holds” and any­one with a past-due bal­ance will not be allowed to register.
