Get Out, Get Fit, and Go Green with Lobo Bikes

Did you know, for five years there’s been a simple, fun and free way for your department to increase wellness, reduce stress, and cut campus congestion?

It’s the UNM Parking and Transportation Services’ (PATS) free bike-sharing program, Lobo Bikes. Lobo Bikes is a program where UNM departments can get a bicycle, necessary equipment, safety training, and maintenance for a whole year, completely cost-free. Members of your department can use the free bike for running errands, wellness, or just taking a break and enjoying the campus.

PATS is currently accepting applications from departments interested in this program. To apply visit: http://pats.unm.edu/lobobikes.cfm and download and complete the 2012–13 Lobo Bikes Application Form. Return the application to: Danielle Gilliam, PATS program specialist, Fax: 277‑1709 or email, dgilliam@parking.unm.edu by June 11, 2012.

For more information, contact Danielle Gilliam at 277‑0461.
