Blog: Temporary Parking Disruption in A-Lot near SRCs

Start­ing on Tues­day, UNM Park­ing and Trans­porta­tion Ser­vices will block off sev­eral park­ing spaces in A-Lot near the Stu­dent Res­i­dence Cen­ter and the new Casas Del Rio stu­dent hous­ing com­plex to pro­vide ade­quate space for the paint­ing of Casas Del Rio. Because the con­trac­tor is using a spray appli­ca­tion, there is the poten­tial for over­spray in the park­ing spaces clos­est to Casas Del Rio. As a pre­cau­tion, Park­ing and Trans­porta­tion Ser­vices will block off these spaces dur­ing the paint­ing appli­ca­tion. There will be ade­quate park­ing for A-Lot per­mit hold­ers avail­able in A-Lot near Cen­tral Avenue. This paint­ing is expected to last through the end of the week.
