New Mexico in Focus Talks with Heather Wilson, Discusses Spaceport

This week on New Mex­ico in Focus, the panel talks with for­mer Con­gress­woman and cur­rent Repub­li­can can­di­date for U.S. Sen­ate Heather Wil­son to dis­cuss her pol­icy pri­or­i­ties and her cam­paign to return to Wash­ing­ton D.C.

New Mex­ico PBS’ one hour pub­lic affairs show New Mex­ico in Focus airs Fri­days at 7 p.m. and Sun­days at 7 a.m. on Chan­nel 5.1. The show can also be seen on New Mex­ico PBS Chan­nel 9.1 on Sat­ur­days at 5 p.m.

Also this week, women’s rights advo­cate Martha Burk con­tin­ues the dis­cus­sion about bud­get pri­or­i­ties for Repub­li­cans and Democ­rats, and how women should look at eco­nomic plans before step­ping into the vot­ing booth. Addi­tion­ally, the panel looks at Space­port U.S.A., as well as recent reports con­cern­ing the eth­i­cal con­duct of cur­rent and for­mer state lawmakers.
