Tickets for Disney’s The Lion King at Popejoy Hall Still Available

Tick­ets are still avail­able for Disney’s The Lion King, com­ing to Albu­querque at Pope­joy Hall for a lim­ited four-week engage­ment, Octo­ber 2 — 28, 2012.

Best avail­abil­ity of seats is on Tues­day, Wednes­day and Thurs­day per­for­mances through­out the run. Addi­tional tick­ets for every per­for­mance are released 72, 48 and 24 hours prior to each per­for­mance so patrons are advised to check back reg­u­larly for avail­abil­ity of seats for any performance.

Tick­ets to The Lion King are avail­able at the Lobo Ticket Office at The Pit Mon­day through Fri­day, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.; at select Albert­sons loca­tions every day from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m.; by call­ing UNM Tick­ets at (505) 925‑5858 or (877) 664‑8661 Mon­day through Fri­day, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.; at the UNM Ticket Office at the Book­store Tues­day through Fri­day, 10 a.m. — 6 p.m., and Sat­ur­days noon to 4 p.m.; or via the inter­net at and Pope­joy Presents. Ticket prices for the engage­ment start as low as $52.50. Pre­mium Ticket Pack­ages are also avail­able; they include prime seat loca­tions, a com­mem­o­ra­tive sou­venir pro­gram and an exclu­sive mer­chan­dise item.

Stu­dent Rush Tick­ets are $27.50 each and are avail­able one hour prior to cur­tain at Pope­joy Hall Box Office at the entrance to Pope­joy Hall. To pur­chase, valid Stu­dent I.D. is required, and there is a limit of one ticket per stu­dent, per I.D, cash or credit cards accepted. Stu­dent rush tick­ets will be avail­able for all per­for­mances EXCEPT Fri­day evenings, Sat­ur­day mati­nees and evenings and Sun­day matinees.
