Taylor will answer the questions: What is EI? and How does EI relate to outstanding leadership and managerial effectiveness? Taylor is a Daniels Fund Business Ethics Fellow and an Anderson Foundation Fellow. The focus of his research is leader assessment and development focusing on competency development, leader self-awareness, management education, multi-source feedback assessment, and sustainable individual change.
At the conclusion of the Alumni Homecoming Speaker Series all attendees and Anderson alums are invited to a UNM Anderson Homecoming Reunion Reception at the newly renovated Hodgin Hall from 6:30–9 p.m. This year’s homecoming theme is “Super U,” and the reception will recognize super hero Anderson faculty, alumni, and students for their fantastic academic feats in the classroom and throughout the community. The reception at Hodgin Hall is free.
Taylor’s talk in the Jackson Student Center is free and open to the public, however, reservations are required. To reserve a space, visit: Homecoming Speaker Series.
Parking for the Speaker Series is available in the parking structure located on the corner of Lomas and Yale — a short walk to the Jackson Student Center. Metered spaces require credit/debit cards; no cash will be accepted.
To ease parking concerns, complimentary shuttles will run every ½ hour between the Jackson Student Center and Hodgin Hall. Don’t miss this opportunity to visit and mingle with super alumni from Anderson and enjoy an evening filled with food, entertainment and fun.
