Nominations Sought for 2012 Gerald W. May Outstanding Staff Award

The Rewards & Recog­ni­tion Com­mit­tee of the Staff Coun­cil is call­ing for nom­i­na­tions for the 2012 Ger­ald W. May Out­stand­ing Staff Award. This Pres­i­den­tial Award, which is the most pres­ti­gious award for staff, was made pos­si­ble by funds ear­marked by for­mer Pres­i­dent Ger­ald W. May specif­i­cally for staff recognition.

Any reg­u­lar UNM staff employee who does not have fac­ulty sta­tus and has com­pleted the pro­ba­tion­ary period is eli­gi­ble for nom­i­na­tion. A min­i­mum of three awards will be given and each recip­i­ent will receive a check and a plaque dur­ing an awards cer­e­mony in December.
