UNM Parking & Transportation Services (UNM PATS) is notifying B and P permit holders that the demolition of Building 125 (the former UNM Parking & Transportation Services building) located in the P/B Lot on the northwest corner of University Blvd. and Central Ave. will begin on Monday, Feb. 20. The project will take approximately three weeks to complete. Some parking spaces will be impacted during the project.

Here’s what you need to know: 

TRAFFIC FLOW INFORMATION

Please be aware that for the duration of this project, there will be heavy equipment operating in the area and we ask permit holders to be mindful of the heavy equipment when entering and exiting the P/B Lot.

PARKING IMPACT

  • Four regular permitted spaces will be made unavailable for use for the duration of the project (next to the demolition site).
  • One ADA parking space will be relocated to another space within the B/P Lot until the completion of the project: please see the map for details.
