This evening, Tuesday, Aug. 22, the iServiceDesk program will be migrated to a new server to enhance its performance and reliability. The migration process will begin at 5:15 p.m. and is expected to last for 15 minutes. During this time, iServiceDesk will be completely inaccessible to all users.
IT understands the importance of iServiceDesk in supporting our daily operations, and apologize for any inconvenience this temporary outage may cause. Our IT team will be working diligently to ensure a smooth transition and a swift restoration of services.
IT expects iServiceDesk to be fully operational by the morning of the following day, Wed., Aug. 23. Once the migration is complete, you can continue using iServiceDesk as usual to submit work requests and track orders.
