LOBO ADVISORY - 8.4.2015, 6:49 p.m., 6:41 p.m.: CNM reports that at 6:08 p.m., a male grabbed a female as he rode by on his scooter and headed towards UNM.
The male is described as being in his mid 20s, weighing between 130 and 140 pounds,with medium length dark hair, wearing a ball cap, black shorts, gray shirt, dark backpack with teal stitching and was riding a chrome/silver Razor scooter.
The incident took place in the CNM parking lot off of Basehart and University.
