U.S. News ranked the UNM Anderson School of Management among the top 10 schools in the nation for MBA students getting jobs within 90 days of graduation.

MBA students typically have a high level of success finding work, but at the Anderson School, 94 percent of MBA students are employed within three months after receiving their degree, making Anderson seventh in the nation in terms of percentage of MBA's employed shortly after they graduate.

By comparison, among the 141 business programs surveyed by U.S. News, the average was 73 percent of graduates finding jobs within three months of graduation.

Doug Brown, dean of the Anderson School of Management, says job placement among our students is a credit to the quality education they receive at Anderson. "It is also due to the students' work ethic and to our Career Services Office's many initiatives to encourage interest from employers," said Brown. "In addition to Anderson's strong push to increase student internships helps pave the way for permanent employment opportunities."
