The Executive & Professional Education Center at the Anderson School of Management presents Entrepreneurship in Action with Andy Lim, founder and former CEO of Lavu, Thursday, Nov. 10 at 6 p.m. at the UNM Kiva. Lim, an alumnus of the Anderson School, will give a live demonstration of “Addmi,” a new app that has the potential to change the face of networking.
Addmi works when two phones have the app open and come into proximity with one another. Rather than traditional means of connecting, the users simply touch the screen and instantly connect with each other. They then have all contact information and will never lose touch again.
"Addmi aims to remove the barriers between people and businesses,” says Lim. “We create our technology to enable seamless discovery and networking for the world."
Participants will be invited to download the app and test its functionality and participate in a live Q&A with Lim. Also as part of this special event, Lim will discuss his journey from immigrant to student to entrepreneur who created a multi-million-dollar business.
Attendance to the Entrepreneurship in Action presentation is free but RSVPs are required. Registrations are accepted online.
