Architecture Students Present Innovate ABQ Plans and Proposals

Students in Architecture Professor Roger Schluntz’s fourth year undergraduate studio are presenting their master development plan and project proposals for Innovate ABQ, on Wednesday, Dec. 4 from 1 to 5:30 p.m. in George Pearl Hall, home to the UNM School of Architecture and Planning, at Central and Stanford NE on the University of New Mexico campus. 

Individuals from the University who are engaged in the creation of Innovate ABQ are invited, as are officials from the City of Albuquerque.  Others interested in seeing the students’ work are also encouraged to attend.

Albuquerque Mayor Richard Berry engaged with the students earlier in the semester to provide input. He has been invited to attend the final presentations.

The final review is in three parts: 

1. 1 to 2 p.m. in room P104, lower level, NE corner

Student Projects and Master Development Plans on Display - Open Viewing

2. 2:15 to 4 p.m., Garcia Auditorium

Individual Project Presentations by Students 

 3. 4 – 5:30 p.m. room P104

Gallery Review

 Each student with his/her project displayed; Guests comments encouraged and invited

 Student Projects will be also be displayed at CityLab, Central and 5th Street NE, with an Open House tentatively scheduled for Wednesday, Dec. 11.
