Annually, The Community Experience at The University of New Mexico holds an event known as Fall Frenzy where hundreds of students spread out across campus in a pre-Homecoming week campus cleanup. This year's Fall Frenzy is set for Friday, Sept. 23. Registration is ongoing through Monday, Sept. 19.
Campus beautifying projects include raking leaves, planting flowers and trees, laying mulch, planting trees, and generally beautifying the UNM campus. Volunteers work for three hours and then meet back near the Duck Pond for a celebration luncheon picnic with prizes, games, and great food.
To sign up, visit The Community Experience. The deadline to sign up yourself or your student organization is Monday, Sept. 19.
