The Associated Students of the University of New Mexico Community Experience will host its annual volunteering event Spring Storm, this weekend. This event is scheduled for Saturday, April 15.
The Spring volunteering event covers various service projects throughout Albuquerque.
Check-in starts at 9 a.m. in the Main Gym in Johnson Center, where breakfast will be provided. Volunteers will then head out to project locations across Albuquerque. At 2 p.m., the volunteers will regroup at the Duck Pond for lunch.
ASUNM Community Experience hosts volunteer events on and off campus throughout the year including Fall Frenzy, the Giving Tree, Fall Frenzy, blood drives and food drives. More information about the event and how to sign up can be found on the ASUNM Community Experience website.
