UNM Parking & Transportation Services (PATS) has scheduled the closure of the C-Zimmerman Lot for maintenance and repairs starting on Friday, June 24 through Wednesday, June 29.
The work will include repair of cracks, seal coating and restriping of the asphalt surfaces in addition to signage replacement.
During the project, the C-Zimmerman Lot will be completely closed to allow for drying of the lot surfaces and new paint. Temporary parking for C-Zimmerman Reserved permit holders—individual and departmental—will be available in the Yale parking structure in the regular permitted parking spaces, not in the pay station parking spaces.
For customers with valid accessible parking placards, temporary ADA—Handicapped parking will be available along the south side of Roma. Accessible parking placards are also valid for use, at no charge, in any pay station space or regularly permitted space.
Drivers are encouraged to use caution when in the area and be mindful of the workers on-site for safety.
