The University of New Mexico’s Cinematic Arts Department hosts its End-of-Semester Student Showcase, featuring student work completed in IFDM and Media Arts classes during the Fall 2016 semester.

The 2016 Fall Showcase will be held on Friday, Dec. 9, at the Mesa del Sol facility in south Albuquerque, and will be open to the public from 1:30–3:30 p.m.  

This open-format showcase will feature work produced by Cinematic Arts students as part of their Fall 2016 coursework in a variety of new and emerging technologies.  Visual Effects, Animation, Film, Game Development, Interactive and Digital Design, Screenwriting, Photography, Trans Media and Digital Media Ethics, Film History and Criticism will be represented. 

Students from every IFDM and Media Arts class will be on hand to discuss their projects and areas of study.  

The Mesa del Sol facility is located at the Aperture Center at Mesa del Sol, 5700B University West Blvd., next to Albuquerque Studios).
