UNM’s Division of Human Resources hosts a series of PEP 101 courses to help staff with their Performance Evaluation Process throughout January and February.
PEP 101 is designed to assist employees and managers with new online performance evaluation process in UNMJobs. Computers will be available for use, and HR Staff will be on hand to provide assistance with completing evaluations and answering questions relating to this process.
Managers and HR agents will also be able to learn tips and techniques in completing employee’s reviews including effective performance discussion and handling difficult conversations.
