UNM Provost and Executive Vice President for Academic Affairs Chaouki Abdallah has invited three finalists for the dean of the Anderson School of Management to visit campus Feb. 19 – March 4. The candidates will meet with faculty, staff, students, alumni and community members during their visits.

The dean candidates are:

Robert DelCampo – Associate Dean and Professor, Anderson School of Management, University of New Mexico. DelCampo received his undergraduate degrees from UNM and his Ph.D. from Arizona State University. He has served as associate dean since 2012 and also holds the Rutledge Endowed Professorship in Management and serves as the Bill Daniels Ethics Fellow.

DelCampo will interview on Thursday-Friday, Feb. 20-21.

Geralyn Franklin – Interim Dean and Professor, Nelson Rusche College of Business, Stephen F. Austin State University. Franklin received her undergraduate degrees from Stephen F. Austin State University and her Ph.D. from the University of North Texas. She has served as interim dean since 2012 and has previously held the position of dean at the University of Dallas, the University of South Florida St. Petersburg and the University of Texas of the Permian Basin. 

Franklin will interview on Monday-Tuesday, Feb. 24-25.

James Lumpkin – Dean and Chase Bank Professor, College of Business, Louisiana Tech University. Lumpkin holds a BS in Chemistry and MBA from Stephan F. Austin State University and a Ph.D. from University of Arkansas. He has served as dean at Louisiana Tech since 2007 and has previously held the position of dean at Bradley University and Oklahoma State University. 

Lumpkin will interview on Monday-Tuesday, March 3-4.
