Students, staff and faculty are encouraged to come to work on two wheels this Friday for Bike to Work Day. Join the City of Albuquerque in participating in National Bike to Work Day on Friday, May 17 from 6:30 to 8:30 a.m.

The UNM cycle stop will be on north campus — North Diversion Channel & Tucker Ave. — east of G Lot off University.

There’s also a new stop this year near UNM. It’s in Nob Hill at Silver Ave. & Bryn Mawr Dr.

The cycle stops will offer free coffee, fruit, t-shirts and fun cycling gear. Bicycling provides great exercise, cost savings, environmental benefits and a way to see the city.
