The University of New Mexico Office of Assessment announces the Graduate Student Institutional Assessment for Spring 2017.

The Education and Skills (E&S) Online is a standardized cognitive assessment that measures workforce-readiness skills associated with literacy, numeracy, reading and problem solving in technology-rich environments. Individual-level results are benchmarked against the national and international results from the OECD Survey of Adult Skills (PIAAC).

In order to demonstrate UNM’s impact on students’ educational attainment and workforce-readiness, the four cognitive test modules of the Education and Skills (E&S) Online assessment will be administered to a sample of enrolled graduate students who also received their undergraduate degree at UNM.

The E&S Online assessment can be completed online any time at any location on-campus and/or off-campus. It takes approximately 90 minutes to complete all four test modules. Graduate students will be given approximately four weeks to complete all four test modules.
