The University of New Mexico's Harwood Museum of Art is hosting a night of jazz with the Eli Degibri Quartet Thursday, April 7 at 7 p.m. Band members include Aaron Goldberg on piano, Joe Martin on bass, Obed Calvaire on drums and internationally recognized band leader Eli Degibri on saxophone.
Degibri, who began playing at age 10, toured music clubs around the world, released several albums that received critical acclaim and worked alongside the most notable names in jazz music.
Tickets are $20 for Harwood alliance members and $25 for non members. Special tickets are available, which include the concert and a reception to meet the musicians, at $75 for alliance members and $100 for non members. Tickets are available in the museum store, and seating is limited.
