University of New Mexico Attorney Michèle Huff will sign copies of “The Transformative Negotiator: Changing the Way We Come to Agreement from the Inside Out,” at the UNM Bookstore on Thursday, March 10 at 12 p.m. This event is open to the public.
Huff's novel presents a transformative approach to negotiation that weaves together the spiritual and the strategic. This effective version of communication will help readers move past the ordinary mechanics of negotiations and achieve realistic goals and positive, lasting outcomes. “The Transformative Negotiator,” changes the way one interacts with people in all areas of life.
Huff has been the UNM’s lawyer for research, technology and intellectual property since 2008. She teaches at the UNM School of Law, and received a Women of Influence award from Albuquerque Business First in 2014. She has negotiated on behalf of Fortune 500 companies, as well as hundreds of individual clients. Huff also manages the Archer Law Group, a firm specializing in protecting and licensing creative properties.
