UNM international students host a candlelight vigil to honor the victims lost in recent attacks in Paris, Beiruit, and elsewhere in the world on Wednesday, Nov. 18 at 7 p.m. in front of the UNM Bookstore.
The vigil was initiated by international student Marvinn Croizeau of France after the recent attacks in Paris.
"Everyone across the world has been affected by this attack and we need to show our solidarity and the humanity values to the little minority of those who want to destroy our unity,” said Croizeau. Croizeau has partnered with the UNM Global Education Office to host the vigil and all members of the community are invited and welcome to attend.
