A leadership panel discussion about the current state of The University of New Mexico will stream Tuesday, May 5 at 12 p.m. The dialogue will include the perspectives of President Robert G. Frank, Provost Chaouki Abdallah, Executive Vice President David Harris and Chancellor for Health Sciences Paul Roth.

This production offers an in depth view of the University, and will cover a range of topics including health services, student success, university management and Innovate ABQ.

“This panel format is a lively and powerful way to deliver UNM’s message. I think this was an effective method to convey our progress,” Frank said. “By bringing some of the University’s leaders together, the community can hear details on the issues we face as an institution and the areas in which we are leading the way.”

The streamed recording will also include segment interviews of specific University projects. Dean of Students Tomás Aguirre and LoboRESPECT Co-Coordinator Jacquline Eckman will elaborate on LoboRESPECT, the University’s campaign effort to stop sexual violence promote respectful student behavior.

ASUNM President Rachel Williams and GPSA President Texanna Martin will speak about the Lottery Scholarship and student financial assistance. STC.UNM CEO and Chief Economic Development Officer Lisa Kuuttila will provide insight on Innovate ABQ, UNM’s district project to spur economic development and entrepreneurial efforts.

The panel will stream, while the recording will be archived online for those who cannot watch the live stream.
