This afternoon House Appropriations and Finance temporarily tabled HB 64, the ERB solvency bill, giving members time to work out funding issues. This came after the committee voted down a proposed amendment to change the COLA. However a Do Pass motion also failed on a tie vote. The Senate version of ERB
solvency, SB 115, could be heard in Senate Finance Monday afternoon. Stay tuned.

In the interim, let's see what's in store for Thursday:

The House convenes at 10 a.m. tomorrow with the state budget bill holding pole position in Third Reading of Legislation. The Senate floor calendar seems to be delayed tonight. We'll get it to you should there be items of interest.
