The LoboCard Office is proud to announce the launch of its newly-redesigned website,, which also features a new online photo submission tool.

“Our website was redesigned with our customers in mind,” said Curtis Vigil, sr. business manager of the LoboCard Office. “The new site features a modern design, improved functionality, and easy access to the essential information our customers search for the most.”

The new website was redesigned to be ADA compliant, uses a responsive layout for all platforms, and provides easy access to information like how to get a LoboCard, card features and uses, and managing LoboCash and meal plan accounts.

“The feature we are most excited about on the new site, is our online photo submission tool,” said Vigil. “Before we launched this tool, customers were required to visit our office in-person, to stand for a photo. This new photo submission option will save our customers and our staff a lot of time.” 

The new online photo submission tool allows students, faculty, and staff to submit their LoboCard photo online. ID card photos need to meet the photo requirements listed on the website before they will be approved for printing.  

Customers are encouraged to visit and explore the new features of the LoboCard website, especially the Alerts and Announcements section on the homepage. LoboCard staff plan to regularly update the section with helpful information, like system outages, and COVID-19 related changes to operations. 

“We hope our customers find the new website easy to use,” said Vigil. “We worked hard to make sure it includes all of the information from our old website and just enough new content to assist with LoboCard related questions.”

LoboCard holders will still manage LoboCash accounts (add funds, check LoboCash balance, freeze/unfreeze an account, and check meal plan balances) through the same "Account Management Portal.” The new website contains many buttons that will link directly to the login page, where customers will manage their existing accounts.
