From college casual to business professional, Career Services is partnering with JCPenney to host a special event for UNM students, alumni, faculty and staff. The "College Suit Up" event is on Sunday, March 3 from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m. at its Albuquerque Coronado Center store location.
“College Suit Up” is an exclusive event created to help students and alums afford professional clothing for jobs and networking. This is the fourth time UNM's Career Services has teamed up with JC Penney for this special sale.
The event is only open to UNM students, alumni, faculty and staff and will offer an additional 40 percent discount on select men’s and women’s career and dress apparel and shoes. Shoppers will need to show their UNM ID upon entry. Alumni will need to show the email sent to them from UNM Alumni Relations Office. If they didn’t receive an email, alums can call the Alumni Office at 505-277-5808 for an invitation.
The past Suit Up events have been very popular—averaging 500 Lobos in attendance.
