Day of Miracles

On Feb. 8, LoboTHON will host a Day of Miracles in an effort to raise $5,000 in one day to benefit the UNM Children’s Hospital.

The day will include fun events to get students involved like the “Why I Dance Wednesday” board in Smith Plaza. Students will get the chance to be featured on the LoboTHON social media and tell others why they’re For the Kids.

As an effort to raise money, ASUNM Presdient Kyle Biederwolf has volunteered to let others tape him to a wall. Students can pay $1 for a foot of tape that will stick Biederwolf to the wall.

Other events include canning donations in Smith Plaza, a toothbrush drive and cookie decorating party with UNM Residence Life and Rude Boy Cookies. Students can help raise money by going to California Pizza Kitchen in Uptown Albuquerque between 11 a.m. and 10 p.m., with proceeds going to the Day of Miracles.

All events on campus will take place on Wednesday, Feb. 8 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
