Local hospitals are experiencing an outpouring of support from the community, especially restaurants, during the around-the-clock response to the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. Food donations for health care workers are very much appreciated if they follow the safety guidelines below.

UNM Hospital
UNM Hospital only accepts food donations that come from local restaurants. It cannot accept homemade items. Food donations should be coordinated with Barbara Temer via email at BTemer@salud.unm.edu. Food deliveries to UNM Hospital have been successful when adhering to social distancing.

Monetary donations can also be made to UNM Hospital Crisis Relief FundMain Campus Student Emergency Relief FundHealth Sciences Student Emergency Relief Fund or the Lobo Food Pantry.

Presbyterian Hospital
At this time, Presbyterian Hospital is accepting individually packaged, restaurant-catered meals. It cannot accept buffet style or homemade food. Presbyterian officials request that food donations be coordinated with Volunteer Services via email at phsvolunteer@phs.org or at the following phone numbers to schedule a delivery at least 24 hours in advance.

Lovelace Hospital
Lovelace Hospital encourages anyone in the community who would like to donate meals from local restaurants to call 505-727-5414 to coordinate deliveries. It cannot accept homemade food.
