Ken Lucero


Ken Lucero, director of the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation Center for Native American Health Policy will speak on Tuesday, Nov. 6 at 11 a.m. in the Waters Room of Zimmerman Library. Lucero's talk is titled, "Pueblo Health: Healthy Minds, Bodies, Spirits and Hearts".

Lucero will examine the political environment that created the current health delivery system and the impact of western medicine and culture on Pueblo Indians. He will also examine the opportunities to reintroduce Pueblo worldviews on health into the current health delivery model.
