Dr. Barbara McCrady, Distinguished Professor of Psychology and the director of the Center on Alcoholism, Substance Abuse, and Addictions, was recently elected to the position of Vice-President/President-elect of the Research Society on Alcoholism (RSA).
The RSA has a national and international membership of almost 2000, and serves as the primary professional society for scientists researching a broad range of issues related to alcoholism and alcohol-related problems. RSA promotes research and dissemination of scientific knowledge about alcohol and alcoholism.
