The New Mexico Historical Review Staff hosts a free day-long symposium celebrating nine decades of the publication on Saturday, Sept. 10 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the UNM Student Union Building

In 90 volumes, the NMHR has published over 37,000 pages, which preserve 1,296 articles, 3,667 book reviews and 69 review essays.

Founded in 1926, the New Mexico Historical Review is one of the oldest and most distinguished historical journals in the country, publishing high-quality research on New Mexico, the Southwest and Northern Mexico.

Attendees are encouraged to park in A Lot along Central Avenue or the parking structure next to Popejoy Auditorium. Please RSVP to nmhr@unm.edu the staff will know how much food to plan for during breaks and lunch.
