This week on New Mexico in Focus, the show celebrates International Women's Day on March 8 by talking to winners of the Women in Technology awards, sponsored by the New Mexico Technology Council. NMiF correspondent Furhana Afrid interviews Julianna Silva, Albuququerque regional manager of WESST, Lisa Abeyta, founder of APPCityLife and Kim Griego, teacher at Cleveland High School. All three are joined by Lisa Adkins, chair of the New Mexico Technology Council.
New Mexico in Focus airs Friday night at 7 p.m. on Channel 5.1 and appears online at NMiF shortly thereafter. The show rebroadcasts Saturday at 5 p.m. on Channel 9.1 and again on Sunday at 7 a.m. on Channel 5.1.
