The documentary film "Raising Hope: The Equal Voice Story" is an honest look at the state of equality in the United States today. The film offers a compelling portrait of individuals who are living below the poverty level and tracks their efforts to improve their lives by taking part in the Equal Voice for America's Families Campaign. New Mexico in Focus picks up where the "Raising Hope" documentary left off, examining what has happened in the two years since the movie was made.
