New Mexico in Focus Capitol Correspondent Gwyneth Doland talks with lawmakers and legislative insiders about bills that have made it past the House and Senate, with the state budget getting top billing. It's an inside look at what compromises were made, and what groups are particularly unhappy with the concessions.
