This week marks the 20th anniversary of the Americans with Disabilities Act, otherwise known as the bill of rights for people living with physical or mental challenges. There's no doubt we've come a long way as a country and a state, but what obstacles are there still to overcome?  New Mexico In Focus correspondent, Elaine Baumgartel, goes in search of answers with help from experts and people who cope with disabilities every day.
