Benefits & Employee Wellness invites UNM employees to win big for getting healthy. Join the New Mexico Weight Loss Jackpot Challenge.
The Challenge is a 12-week weight loss challenge starting Feb.15. Compete against other New Mexico organizations to win cash prizes just for getting healthier.
Registration is $70 and all registration fees go directly into the jackpot. Teams of four to nine people can sign up, or individuals can be matched to an existing team.
The goal is for teams to lose 6 percent of their body weight. All teams who reach that goal split the cash jackpot prize. Just how much the winnings will be dependent on how many teams register and how many reach the goal. In 2019, participants won $178.98 each.
