UNM Parking & Transportation Services (PATS) would like to inform customers that it is moving its parking account software from a local server to a web-hosted environment. This migration is required by the software vendor in order to improve the quality of service provided to customers.
The migration will begin at 6 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 11 at which time customers will not be able to access their parking accounts (i.e. you will not have access to online services such as: Citation payments, citation appeals, permit purchases, permit waitlists, permit waivers). The migration is expected to disable access to online parking accounts for approximately 5 days.
During the outage, customers may conduct any business they would normally do through their online parking accounts, in person at the PATS Business Office, located at 2401 Redondo Dr. NE.
Parking account access will be restored at 7 a.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 17.
