The Grant Training Center is hosting a Professional Grant Development Workshop at the University of New Mexico on Monday-Wednesday, Dec. 12-14 from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

The workshop, which focuses on how to write competitive proposals for limited resources, is geared toward beginners hoping to master the techniques of proposal writing and seasoned writers wishing to strengthen their grant writing skills.

Participants will learn to work effectively in the area of grant procurement, research and identify potential funding sources, address and understand guidelines for federal, state and foundation applications and write and review winning and focused grants.

The $595 workshop fee includes tuition, materials, certificate of completion and a continental breakfast. A rebate of $50 per person is offered for two or more registrants from the same organization.
