Edl Schamiloglu
Electrical and Computer Engineering Professor Edl Schamiloglu has been awarded a Defense University Research Instrumentation Program (DURIP)grant. The $115,000 grant will be used to acquire a Tektronix 12.5 GHz Digital Oscilloscope.
The oscilloscope will be used to study beam/wave interaction with metamaterial slow wave structures in support of a Multidisciplinary University Research Initiative (MURI) grant he received last year.
This is the seventh grant Schamiloglu has received and will be used in collaboration with researchers at MIT.
