The UNM Department of Chemistry and Chemical Biology hosts the Sixth Annual Riley O. Schaeffer Endowed Lectureship, Friday, Oct. 25 at 4 p.m. in rm. 102 of the Science & Mathematics Learning Center.
Stanford University’s Dr. Edward I. Solomon, Monroe E. Spaght Professor of Humanities and Sciences, and professor of Photon Science at the SLAC National Accelerator Lab, will present “Geometric and Electronic Structure Contributions to Cu/O2 Reactivity.”
All faculty, staff and students are invited. A reception will be held in the SMLC Atrium prior to the lecture at 3:30 p.m. Refreshments will be served.
