The UNM Student Activities Center hosts Welcome Back Days for the Spring 2015 semester on Wednesday, Jan. 14 and 21. Both events will be held from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the Student Union Building atrium.
On Wednesday, Jan. 14, Spring Welcome Back Day 1, titled "UNM Department and Greek Information Day,” will feature many campus departments and members of the Greek community who will be on hand to provide information about programs and services offered to students. UNM Department and Greek Information Day is a great opportunity for students to discover departments, resources and Greek organizations at UNM.
Spring Welcome Back Day 2 provides an opportunity to get involved with student organizations on campus. “Student Organization Information Day” is set for Wednesday, Jan. 21 when representatives from more than 450 student organizations will be on hand recruiting new members. This is an easy time to meet and speak with organization members without having to attend multiple meetings to see if the group is a good fit for you.
UNM Departments and student organizations interested in participating should sign up in the Student Activities Center (SUB 1018) or by calling 277-4706.
