After walking the stage, graduates may have questions pertaining to the idea, “what next?” If you find yourself or a friend asking that question, join UNM Career Services for three career skills crash courses to help tackle job concerns.

The courses will be offered Monday and Wednesday, May 7 and 9. On Monday, May 7 the workshops take place from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. The second opportunity to participate, will be Wednesday, May 9 from 1 to 4 p.m. Both workshops will be held in the conference room at Career Services, located in room 220 in the University Advisement & Enrichment Center.

The first part of the workshop will discuss and help individuals create or revamp resumes and cover letters. The second part, will be spent learning to master the job search, and the third will be discussing how to land that dream job.

The workshops are free and open to all students whether they are graduating this semester or later.
