On March 29 at 7:30 p.m. in Keller Hall, that joy takes the form of music based on folklore from all over Europe. “The Beauty of Folklore” concert features soprano Shea Perry and William Bainbridge on clarinet. Classic tales are brought to life in symphonic form, so these beloved melodies can be shared with new audiences across the world.

Free and open to all, the concert includes pieces by Dvoƙák, Debussy/Büsser, Rossini and more. Housed under UNM’s Arts-in-Medicine program, you can learn more about the Health Sciences Center Orchestra via their Facebook page.
