The University of New Mexico Alumni Association is seeking alumni, faculty and students to celebrate UNM’s 125th birthday by attending or to serve as host for its popular “Dinner for 12 Lobos” program on Saturday, March 1 or Sunday, March 2.

The Dinner for 12 Lobos program is an opportunity for alumni to connect with UNM students, faculty and other alums. Local alumni host a dinner in their home in an effort to make UNM a smaller, friendlier place. Dinner guests come together as strangers and leave as friends.

“We hope to give students the opportunity to speak with alumni on an informal level. It’s a chance for them to see that they can still be involved with the university after they graduate,” said UNM Alumni Association, senior program manager, Sue MacEachon.

The registration deadline is Friday, Feb. 21.
