The UNM Anderson School of Management's Business to Business Breakfast Series hosts a talk about the culture of business Thursday, Jan. 20, 7:30 to 9 a.m. at the Jackson Student Center. The speaker is Ann Rhoades, a nationally recognized speaker and founding executive vice president of People, JetBlue Airways and president of People Ink.

Rhoades, who earned her MBA from the Anderson School of Management, discusses strategies for empowering people and building successful cultures from her new book VALUES: Creating an Enviable Culture that Outperforms the Competition, and how these principles were effective in creating extraordinary cultures at Southwest Airlines and Doubletree Hotels.
