The Faculty Senate Teaching Enhancement Committee and the Center for Teaching Excellence (CTE) recently announced its annual Outstanding Teacher Awards. A few of the award-winners include: 2015-2017 Presidential Teaching Fellow - Tema Milstein, Communication and Journalism Milstein; 2014-2015 Outstanding Teacher of the Year - Judy Bieber, History; and 2014-2015 New Teachers of the Year - Amaris Ketcham, Honors College and Naomi Shin, Spanish Portuguese and Linguistics.

Each year the Faculty Senate Teaching Enhancement Committee selects recipients for a variety of campus-wide teaching awards. Awardees are selected following a nomination and dossier-review process. The awards provide various rewards and accolades.
